Service Contracts

There will be no charge for the repair or the replacement of the following parts:

  1. H/W HEATING SYSTEMS - Burner motor, fuel pump, transformer, nozzle, electrodes, high tension wire, aquastat, stack relay, (protectorelay) and plan thermostat, combustion chamber.
  2. STEAM HEATING SYSTEM - Same as above plus pressuretrol.
  3. HOT AIR HEATING SYSTEM - Burner motor, fuel pump, transformer, nozzle, electrodes, high tension wire, fan switch, stack relay, and plain thermostat.
  4. GUARANTEE of fan motor or circulator motor only.
  5. CLEAN AND FINE TUNE (Efficiency Test)

SUMMER HOURS MAY 1st THRU SEPTEMBER 15th (8:00 A.M - 5:00 P.M)
THIS SERVICE PLAN DOES NOT INCLUDE:

  1. Parts required as a result of abnormal conditions: Such as fire, water, flood, hurricane, war,  or acts of GOD.
  2. Service rendered impossible by reason of storms, acts of GOD, and/or governmental restriction or control.
  3. Tanks and oil lines not covered by this plan.
  4. These plans do not cover water damage/leaks of any description.
  5. These plans do not cover Power Venters or any damage of any description caused by Power Venters.

CHECK THE FOLLOWING BEFORE TELEPHONING: Emergency Switch, Thermostat not set high enough, Oil in Tank, Burnt-out-Fuse, Water in Boiler (Steam Boiler only).

IF THESE THINGS ARE NOT CHECKED A POSSIBLE SERVICE CHARGE OF $55.00 MAY BE CHARGED.

Before acceptance of above contract, your oil burner is subject to inspection.

THIS CONTRACT IS VALID ONLY IF ALL FUEL OIL REQUIREMENTS ARE PURCHASED DURING THE CONTRACT PERIOD FROM LARRY'S OIL & BURNER SERVICE, INC.
